Yes. Drool ships all its productions throughout Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately Drool does not ship internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on the product you are purchasing and are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping varies depending on where you are sending the product too. Generally this can take between 3-5 business days. Shipping may take longer for rural areas.

How long does it take to receive a print?

All our prints are made to order, which means when you buy it, we make it. Due to this production can take between 5-10 days depending on the product you purchased.

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

No. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges due to change of mind as our products are made to order.

I have received a damaged or faulty product. What do I do?

If you have received a damaged or faulty product. The first thing you need to do is take photos of the package before you open it and then take photos of the damaged or faulty product. Then email these photos to our customer support team at orders@drool.pet and they will organise a replacement for you.
