Cats with separation and thunderstorm stress, fireworks fears and travel phobias.

They might pretend to be fiercely independent but we know the truth... cats often just hide their signs of worry and stress a little better than dogs do.

In a variety of situations including separation and thunderstorm/fireworks stress, L-theanine, has been shown by a number of studies to help keep cats calm. And all without sedating them.

Calm + Collected is your trusted choice to help your cat keep relaxed and calm when confronted with stressful moments and experiences.

Based on nearly 25 years of experience treating cats with all kinds of anxiety, all functional ingredients work in harmony to alleviate stress for up to 8 hours when given at least 1 hour before an event like leaving the house or a thunderstorm.

Calm and capable:
The L-theanine, as well as chamomile, tryptophan, colostrum and B-vitamins work together to manage mood and promote a sense of calm. And all without sedating your cat like medications can.

Helps with high stress situations:
Perfect for thunderstorms, fireworks, vet visits, car rides, or any situation that might make your cat uneasy.

Aids in restful sleep:
Natural calming properties encourage better sleep for cats who struggle with restlessness and reactivity.

Tasty and easy to feed:
Made with real Aussie chicken as the #1 ingredient for a treat they truly can't resist.

Real Aussie Chicken:
A highly digestible and palatable protein; chicken is popular for a reason. It's also packed with essential nutrients like tryptophan and glucosamine and is rich in omega 6 oils.

Chicken meat also produces less flatulence and breath odour compared to the cereals found in other dental treats. Making it the perfect, nutritious base to these highly functional treats.

L-theanine:
A hero ingredient when it comes to calming. This amino acid (found naturally in some green tea) has been shown by a number of scientific studies to alleviate signs of stress (like barking, shaking, panting, escaping) in a variety of situations including separation from owners, thunderstorms and fireworks.

It works by naturally regulating brain wave activity. Shifting erratic 'beta' waves to more calm 'alpha' waves. And all without side effects like sedation or drowsiness. It may even reduce cortisol levels.

Chamomile:
This well known flower extract contains apigenin, a flavonoid that binds to specific receptors in the brain, particularly GABA receptors, promoting feelings of calm and relaxation.

Tryptophan:
Tryptophan is one of the key building blocks used by dogs to make melatonin (a crucial sleep hormone) and serotonin (a neurotransmitter that controls mood, sleep, and appetite). Deficiencies can be associated with aggression, depression and moodiness.

Ingredient List:
Premium Australian Chicken Meat (30%), Oats, Barley, Vegetable Glycerine, Tapioca, Dextrose, Potato, Citrus Fibre, Dicalcium Phosphate, Chamomile, Salt, Natural Flavour, Fish Oil, Tryptophan, Calcium Carbonate, Natural Colour, L-Theanine, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Colostrum, Vitamin B12, Natural Antioxidant, Taurine, Organic Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Organic Manganese, Vitamin B1, Selenium Yeast, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Manganese, Vitamin B2, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D3, Selenium.

Cats Not Interested in the Calm + Collected Treats

I tried several times to get my cats to have a taste of the treats, but no luck and I have done what was suggested to me via an email message.

I now have an open packet of treats that I can't do anything with and am disappointed that I can't get a refund on them. I won't be ordering again, too expensive with high postage costs for not being able to use the product.

    GREAT!!!

We bought calm treats for our cat that is suffering from anxiety and find that they work really well but the cat is not real fond of the treats so we sandwich them between two temptations but we are extremely happy with the results.
