Drying doesn’t need to be a full-contact sport. Here’s how easy it is:

1. Slip the hoodie gently over your dog’s head.
   
2. Guide their legs through the openings.
   
3. Use the hood to softly dry ears and face (those sneaky moisture spots).
   
4. Let the fabric do the rest while your dog chills out.
   

Perfect after baths, beach swims, rainy walks or a good old backyard hose-down.

If the size is incorrect, you can return or exchange your Towel Hoodie (with tag intact) within 7 days of delivery. Just email our customer service team at contact@drool.pet for return instructions before returning the product.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Returns without prior contact won’t be accepted
• Towel Hoodies without the tag intact won’t be accepted 
• Towel Hoodies returned in an unsellable condition (e.g. fur, odour, marked) won’t be accepted 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
